You have just installed a jointed rail run sound for the BVE 1938 stock, for running the Ongar branch for BVE 4 and possible for another route.

The files that this patch has added are-

sound.cfg (updated to version 1.1)
Run0.wav

The sound is actually recorded from a Cravens 1960 stock, that was used to run the Ongar branch in the line's final year, but it sounds OK for the 1938 stock as well as these stocks were quite similar.
