Born in USA, this locomotive 2.8.2 Mikado is one of the most famous 
in France and this is the most important serie that never brought into
service in this country with 1323 locomotives. After war the SNCF
ordered an huge serie of 1340 locomotives from american industry that
had built its in a record time between 1945 and 1947, by various 
american and canadian firms. The 17 missing locomotives have been
